Decent service but felt a bit corporate. Multiple staff were involved in my application and the handover between them was not always smooth. The outcome was fine — visa approved for Ireland, now at University of Limerick. But the process required more follow-up on my part than I expected.

I learned relevant details about the schools that were partnered by IDP in New Zealand, Canada, Australia, and Ireland. It was a great experience besides being informed about the school, you get the chance to ask questions directly to the staff in charged of a particular school or the schools' ambassadors. After the presentation or the session, the attendees may opt to join "the in-depth session" with the IDP counselors where they can ask more questions and discuss their queries or curiosity in details. Overall, it was an amazing insightful talk.
