Attending the IDP Education Australia and New Zealand Fair was such a helpful and informative experience. The event was well-organized, and the staff were very accommodating and approachable. I learned a lot about work and study opportunities abroad, visa processes, and career pathways from trusted partners and experts. It was also inspiring to meet people with the same dreams and goals. Highly recommended for anyone planning to work or study overseas!

At first , very nervous and scared , because tackling and exploring things by yourself is indeed frightening , with no parents , friends or anyone you know beside you is there .
But IDP made it more easy with their usherettes , counselors and everyone with their pleasing personalities, such a great experience !

If you’re planning to apply for a student visa, I highly suggest considering other agency options first.
I’m honestly very disappointed with how my case was handled. During my initial consultation months ago, I made it very clear that I wanted to apply for the soonest possible intake for my preferred program. At that time, the intake was still around five months away, and I was encouraged to proceed with the application and submit my requirements, which I did anyway.
After that, I never heard anything from the agent for more than three months. I only got a response after I personally followed up with the university myself, and the university copied the agency in the email they had sent me. As someone with a complex case, regular updates and proper guidance were extremely important to me, but unfortunately there was little to no communication throughout the process.
What frustrated me the most was finding out that my application was apparently being moved to the next year intake without my knowledge or consent. If this had been communicated to me earlier, I could have still explored other schools or alternative options while there was time. But no options were ever discussed with me, no guidance was offered, and there was never any clear timeline given for the processing to help manage expectations. I was basically left waiting for months with no clarity on what was happening.
The whole experience felt very passive and transactional — like my application was simply accepted for processing without genuine care or support for my situation. I understand delays can happen, but what made this disappointing was the lack of communication, transparency, and initiative from the agent handling my case.
Sadly, the apologies afterward do not make up for the wasted time, effort, stress, and lost opportunities. This was not the level of service I expected from an agency that presents itself as reputable and student-focused. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.

Very friendly. They will assist you during your application as a student. They have an app that will give you an updates with your application and there is a community here that you wanna connect and ask if you have the same school attended that will help you in your future as an aspiring student in Australia and New Zealand. They will guide you throughout the process to be a student and to get there I Australia and Nez Zealand.
