IDP Education Ghana

IDP Education Ghana made the process of applying to Australia much less stressful than I expected. The staff were patient with my questions even when I asked the same thing more than once. They were upfront about processing times, which helped me plan. My only feedback would be that the office can get busy and in-person appointments are sometimes hard to schedule. Overall a positive experience.

IDP Accra is excellent. The counsellor I worked with had studied at University of Edinburgh herself and gave me firsthand practical advice that went far beyond application guidance. She warned me about the cost of living, how to open a student bank account on arrival, and which student union services to use. Got into University of Glasgow for my MSc. Could not have asked for more.

Very transparent and professional. IDP did not waste my time or oversell what was achievable. When I told them my CGPA they were upfront that certain top-ranked universities would be a stretch and guided me to strong alternatives. Got into Griffith University Australia — a great fit for my Nursing degree. Highly satisfied.

The Canadian study permit is notoriously difficult for Ghanaian applicants due to IRCC scrutiny of financial documents. IDP Ghana understood this deeply and advised on exactly how to structure and present my financial evidence. First-time approval. My study permit arrived 11 weeks after biometrics — reasonable given current backlogs.

IDP is the right choice if you want a trustworthy consultancy in Accra. I applied to Ireland and got into University College Cork for my Masters in Finance. The process was smooth. The counsellor was sometimes hard to reach but always responded within 24 hours — acceptable for a busy office.

The service was competent but not outstanding. I was one of many clients and sometimes felt that my questions were being answered from a script rather than genuinely considered. The application itself was done correctly and I got into Auckland University of Technology. Visa approved fine. Just not the personal experience I had hoped for.
