Good experience overall with IDP Education Vietnam. They have clear processes and the staff seemed genuinely experienced with USA applications specifically. My offer letter arrived faster than expected. The one area I'd suggest improvement is more proactive communication — I had to chase a few times. But when I did reach out, responses were helpful and accurate. Visa approved, currently settling in.

IDP in Ho Chi Minh City is without question the best consultancy I spoke to in Vietnam. Other agencies gave me generic advice. IDP's counsellor knew exactly which Australian universities have strong Vietnamese alumni networks and student support services. Got into University of Sydney. Visa in 5 weeks.

Excellent application service for UK universities. The offer from University of Nottingham came in 8 days after IDP submitted my application. The counsellor was patient with my questions even when I had to ask the same thing in different ways due to language complexity. Good experience.

I had heard that Canadian study permits are very difficult to get for Vietnamese applicants. IDP Vietnam's counsellor addressed this directly — she explained what IRCC looks for in financial documentation and what the most common refusal reasons are for Vietnamese nationals. My permit was approved first time. Very impressed.

Great for New Zealand applications. IDP Vietnam is one of the few agencies here that genuinely knows the New Zealand immigration system. My visa for University of Waikato was processed quickly and I appreciated the specific advice on arrival and orientation.

Got into National University of Ireland Maynooth for my Masters in Finance. The Irish student visa process was explained clearly and my application was strong first time.

My passport was taken to process my kids trc so I only had legalized copy and actual copy they refused unfortunately I only found out the day before that I needed an original not when I booked .I lost my 5 million Go to British counsel might not get money back but I think they’ll be much more professional when handling things 5 million is a lot for ahitty service like this

The young female consultant sitting next to the male advisor was very enthusiastic and dedicated. I had quite a few questions because I wanted to sign up for the exam with a promotion, but she patiently and kindly assisted me throughout — I truly appreciate her support. It was a great experience at IDP, and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.
