My experience with IDP Education Malaysia was largely positive. They provide a structured service — initial consultation, university shortlisting, application support, and visa guidance are all included. The team in Kuala Lumpur was responsive during office hours. The main limitation was that they work with a specific list of partner universities, so options felt slightly limited. Within that constraint though, the service was professional and effective.

IDP Malaysia at Bangsar South was incredibly helpful for my UK application. The counsellor understood the nuances of UK universities' views on Malaysian qualification frameworks — specifically how STPM and A-Level equivalencies are assessed by Russell Group universities. I take Ielts test computer at IDP KL Which is at 10th Floor (West Block) Wisma Golden Eagle Realty 142-C, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. So far in my experince staff is friendly and helped to answer all my question related to Ielts test. The place is also comfort even though in preparation room there is no table and no so big (because I bring my laptop before test, but is fine since the staff there allow me to use the chair) The examiner for my speaking test also really generous and kind even though I take Ielts test on Computer. The result also fast, you just need to wait for one day. So far I would recommend for those who want to take Ielts test on computer at IDP KL.
