I had a wonderful experience with Shaszmyra as my counsellor. She was very helpful, patient, and always handled all my questions with care. She also consistently updated me on everything throughout the process. Even though I decided not to continue with the application, she still supported me fully and wished me the best for my future. I am a fresh graduate (Bachelor) which acquired first class honors, and i was asking for assistance to find a placement/sponsorship to further my study abroad (postgraduate). I am thinking of doing Master by research or Fast-track PHD. Therefore, i was trying to pursue some help from the staff there to try finding suitable supervisor and try to submit my documents to potential universities. However, I was kinda disappointed of not getting much update further regarding the application and how to make things successful. I hope i can get more detailed procedure. Thank you

After my OZ visa was rejected, Li Shan handled all the refunds smoothly and guided me toward a new path in NZ. She successfully helped me gain entry into a hairdressing program in New Zealand at the highest level, even though I had no formal written qualifications, only my work experience. What felt impossible became possible because of Li Shan expertise and dedication. Now I'm safe and sound in Auckland enrolling my course. I took my IELTS test at the IDP Centre located at Johor Bahru, and the experience went through smoothly. The test environment was comfortable, everything was well-organized, and the process was efficient. The staff were engaging, they readily offered assistance whenever I had any doubts about regulations or informations. Overall, it is undoubtedly an excellent choice to take the IELTS test here.
