IDP Education Thailand was helpful in narrowing down my study options for Canada. The counsellor asked about my financial situation honestly and advised accordingly — not everyone does that. Document preparation was thorough and the visa application was submitted without issues. I had a couple of anxious weeks waiting for the decision but was kept reasonably informed. The visa came through and I start next semester.

IDP Bangkok is outstanding. The counsellor I worked with had a genuine depth of knowledge about Australian universities — she could compare specific departments, explain how Thai bachelor degrees are evaluated, and advise on which cities offer the best combination of part-time work availability and cost of living. Got into University of Queensland for my Masters. Visa in 4 weeks.

Got into University of Otago for my postgraduate programme. The visa process was straightforward and the counsellor's document checklist was thorough.

Good service overall. IDP handled my Irish application well and the offer from Dublin City University came in about 9 days after submission. The visa support was thorough and I was well prepared for the Irish immigration questions on arrival. One minor issue — the initial waiting time for an appointment was about 10 days due to high demand.

The facility is comfy and my first computer-based IELTS over here is somewhat ok. The older staffs are very friendly and professional to look after the clients, whereas the younger one is quite little blunt tho. Overall, I have a fine experience to get IELTS test from here.
