From course registration to solving my timetable arrangement and many other things, the assistance I received was extremely helpful and efficient. The staff was kind, patient, and very supportive, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. A big thank you also to one of the senior course counsellors at UCSI, Mr Dinesh, for the excellent help, kindness and dedication!

Studying at UCSI University has been a good experience, especially with events like International Cultural Night. I attended ICN and it really showed how diverse the student community is. There were performances and cultural showcases from different backgrounds, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. Events like this make my campus life more engaging and enjoyable beyond academics

She was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. My case had some urgency but Rita really tried her best to assist me and follow up on my passport collection. She kept me updated and made sure everything moved as smoothly as possible. I truly appreciate her dedication and effort. Because of her support, the process became much less stressful for me. The talk When Your Body Speaks, Your Mind Listens was very helpful and eye-opening. I learned how to listen to my body’s signals and understand stress, fatigue, and emotional burnout better. The ABC model and coping techniques taught were simple and useful for managing stress in daily life. Overall, it increased my awareness of taking care of both my mental and physical health.
