Very disappointing experience. I started my application process with them on 9 March and followed all instructions. However, on 19 April, they informed me they cannot proceed due to a “tagging issue” and that agents cannot apply for this PhD program—something that should have been clarified from the beginning. This delay cost me valuable time, especially when my prospective supervisor was positive. The communication and handling by the consultant were not satisfactory. I would advise others to verify requirements independently before relying on such services.
