Used SI-UK Nigeria for my undergraduate application to Canada. The process was straightforward once we got started — the counsellor set expectations clearly and was honest when something was uncertain rather than guessing. There was one administrative mix-up with a document that caused a brief delay, but it was resolved within a day. I secured admission to two universities and chose the better fit. Overall positive.

Team SI-UK are the true definition of professionals. I had a speedy admission and visa approval to study in the UK through their counsel and assistance. All was done without asking for any monetary reward in exchange. Thumbs up to you. I appreciate Dumebi and Godfrey, you guys are amazing. Special appreciation to Juliet, she was my contact person, who never gets tired of my calls and questions. She was always there. She followed up till i got to the UK. More wins guys.

My experience with this company was very poor. If I could give a zero star I would. The person assigned to my case was always unavailable or phone switch off . After taking a long leave for three weeks she told me to work with her colleagues who was of no help . So I ended up waiting till she got back from leave. After submitting all my required documents to her. Didn’t hear from her for two weeks , I called and ask her about my application, she said it has not been submitted because my cv had a minor issue. I was so angry that why didn’t you tell me so I can adjust it sooner. I adjusted it anyways. Waited and she got back to me that she only could submit for one school and the other school the portal was down. I waited 12days no response n called back to ask if the portal had been up and she said she has not checked. I had to call the school myself who told me that their portal is working fine. I went and checked and it was actually up and running. I decided to submit the application myself because this was just a week before the deadline of application. They are so rude and lazy in this company. There were times this Chisom girl cut the phone on me. So save yourself this stress and have a backup so you are not disappointed. My only regret is not working with another agent alongside them
