IDP Education Christchurch is the South Island's main IDP office, located on Colombo Street in the Christchurch CBD. Serving the international student communities at the University of Canterbury, Lincoln University, and Ara Institute of Canterbury (formerly CPIT), the Christchurch team provides free counselling, IELTS testing, and student support services.Christchurch's international student population has grown significantly since the post-earthquake rebuild, and IDP's presence there reflects the growing tertiary sector.
