I had a very disappointing experience with Y-Axis and would strongly advise others to exercise caution.
Initially, I was charged USD 31 as a processing fee, followed by USD 1,251 as the main service fee. The information provided to me at the time turned out to be incorrect and misleading. Later, when I verified the actual facts and raised the issue with them, they acknowledged that the information given to me was not accurate.
Based on their guidance, I also proceeded with an ACS evaluation, paying AUD 500 — which unfortunately became an additional financial loss due to the incorrect advice provided earlier.
When I requested a refund, since the mistake was clearly from their side, the matter was delayed repeatedly. First, I was told that their lead, Umamahesh, would resolve the issue. After nearly two months of no meaningful progress, the case was escalated to a manager, Madhulatha, but again there was no resolution — only further delays.
Despite admitting their mistake, they have refused to refund the amounts I paid (USD 31 + USD 1,251 + AUD 500), which I believe I lost due to their incorrect guidance.
I have email records to support every statement made in this review.
I feel extremely disappointed and misled. Please do thorough research before engaging their services.

I don’t mind receiving positive feedback publicly, but I know that the best way for me to receive negative feedback is to get it in writing first. This gives me time to process it and work through my feelings about it privately. Once I’ve absorbed it, I can usually talk the negative feedback through openly and positively. Someone else might hate receiving even positive feedback publicly because the spotlight makes them uncomfortable. I would like to highlight Miss Rukmani Poddar she is one of the cheapest person to play this the valuable candidate . 14th January 2026 I was singe with here and before job se asked me 77000 money. I'm surprised she was changed her voice with me . I'm really disappointed 😞 with Y Axis .i do suggest you Y-axis to remove her.she just want the registration fee i didn't so long my comments but I request please follow what do I need.

Worst experience ever! None of them are professional. Very poor service. They took the money more than any other visa agent company but didn’t help at all. They are the worst ones. Never ever take any service from them for visa applications. They provide the worst service.

The most untrustworthy recruitment company I have come across. Full waste of money. Promised a lot of things but not even a single work was done for which I paid. They just make so called international resume and make you open a new email id, linkednl and then send your resume to open jobs and register in different portals and send the same updates every week. After 3months they say we have marketed your resume in different portals and open jobs and your service has come to an end, from now we will moniter it for replies. I understand the situation now that it's tough but that doesn't mean that they wouldnt have value for money. Will suggest not to go for this company. The most worst part is you have to pay the full amount even before they start working for what you paying for.
