To every student with a dream of studying abroad — please take two minutes to read this. It could save you a year of your life, thousands of rupees, and an enormous amount of heartbreak. I completely understand the excitement and anxiety that comes with planning to study abroad. You want a trusted guide, someone who knows the system, and so you turn to a paid consultancy. I did exactly that with Y-Axis — and I am writing this so you can make a far more informed decision than I did. When I first approached Y-Axis for Germany, their pre-sale consultant assessed my profile and confidently confirmed that I was eligible to apply to public German universities for a direct Bachelor's program. I was relieved, excited, and I signed up based on that assurance. However, once I was a paying client, a different consultant told me the complete opposite — that I was only eligible for private universities and that public universities were not an option for me. No explanation was offered for this contradiction. No accountability was taken. I was simply expected to accept the revised advice and move forward. My APS certificate explicitly stated that I was eligible only for a Studienkolleg preparatory course — not a direct Bachelor's program. Despite this, Y-Axis initially confirmed I could apply directly to public German universities. This was not a minor oversight. This was a fundamental misreading of a critical document that shaped my entire application strategy. I followed their guidance in good faith. I had strong academic qualifications. And yet, my Student Visa was rejected. Not because of my academics — but because the entire application strategy built by Y-Axis was fundamentally flawed from the very beginning. The contradictory, inconsistent, and ultimately incorrect advice they provided was the direct cause of my visa rejection and the loss of an entire academic year. The emotional weight of that is something words can barely capture. What has made this experience even more difficult to process is Y-Axis's response when I raised these concerns. Rather than acknowledging what went wrong, showing even basic empathy, or taking any responsibility for the harm caused — they have chosen to flatly claim that their services were fully delivered. That claim is entirely false. A service that results in a visa rejection built on contradictory and incorrect advice is not a service that was delivered. It is a service that failed — and failed consequentially. Not a single word of acknowledgement. Not a moment of accountability. Just a denial, and an expectation that I move on. That, to me, speaks louder than anything else. 🎓 To my fellow students — here is what I wish I had known: I later discovered that authorised university agents in India do not charge students any fees whatsoever. The fees you pay to consultancies like Y-Axis are, in many cases, entirely unnecessary. Universities themselves maintain an official list of recognised and authorised agents directly on their website — agents who are vetted, accountable, and completely free for students to work with. My strongest advice to you: ✅ Go directly to your target university's official website ✅ Look for their "Recognised Agents" or "Authorised Representatives" page ✅ Contact those agents or the university's international admissions office directly ✅ Verify everything independently before paying anyone a single rupee I am sharing this experience not out of bitterness, but out of genuine care for every student who is right now where I once was — hopeful, trusting, and deserving of honest guidance. My name is Udit Yadav. I opted for a 6-month JSS last year for the UK, and initially, for 2 months, no meetings/interviews were arranged. After 3 months, with no interviews conducted, it seems there will be none in the near future. After discussion, we have decided to look for job services in South Africa, the UAE, and Germany as well, just to increase the probability of an interview. Unfortunately, after 6 months of JSS completion, Y-AXIS is unable to conduct any interview for me. During the time of 6 moths i've asked several times if there is something with my profile, if it is weak, and every time I've been advised that there is no problem with the profile; it is strong enough for job interviews.I understand that Y-axis doesn't guarantee any job. However, Y-axis is unable to conduct a single interview for any job placement for my profile. I'm very much dissatisfied with the services. I've paid a huge amount of 1.30L initially for the services. During the whole tenure of 6 months of services, it felt like Y-axis was just clearing the dues and completing the time of services.

Went there for Australia Tourist Visa and trust me its hard to get an Australian Visa. I was also talking to other agents as well when ai was talking to YAxis. Many agents told me directly that Australian visa have very high chances of rejection but when I talk to YAxis, they sounded like its a cake walk for them and they get you the visa guaranteed...you know that sales pitch and lies they always use. I thought to try it and trust me when they starting collecting documents it was clear to that I have made a big mistake. There were so many mistakes in the documents and templates that I have to use chatgpt to get them rectified. My travel dates were approaching fast and on daily basis i have to remind them to apply for the visa without a delay. And when they applied, the visa got rejected because of lack of finances. I have a suggestion for you...use chatgpt for visa document processing. He will tell you everything and better than these consultancies. You don't need them at all. One single prompt can save you lot of frustration and money. I made a mistake and will not make it twice.
