My name is Kopal Suri. I joined Leverage Edu in November 2025 with the expectation of receiving professional guidance for my master’s applications. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, I clearly informed the team that I am a student with a Specific Learning Disability (SLD) and that I wanted to apply only to universities relevant to my field. Despite this, I was suggested several universities that were not related to my specialization, and only one matched my academic background. Communication became very poor after the payment was made. Calls and messages often went unanswered, and I had to follow up repeatedly just to receive updates. The support I was promised was not reflected in my actual experience. I decided not to continue with Leverage Edu and requested a refund. It has now been more than 35 days, and I am still waiting for the refund process to be completed. During this time, my loan partner has continued contacting me regarding EMI payments, which has caused significant stress for me and my family. My advice to anyone considering Leverage Edu is to carefully read every document and understand the refund policy and timelines before making any payment. Ask questions, keep written records of all communication, and make sure you fully understand the terms. I sincerely hope my case is resolved soon and that I receive the refund that I have been waiting for.
