This is regarding the case of **Harkirat Kaur**, where the IHS refund is still not processed despite continuous follow-ups. It has been a long time, and there is no clear update, no timeline, and no accountability from their side. On top of that, the assigned executive **Rishab Mahajan** has completely stopped responding—no replies to messages and no answers to calls. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Even after multiple requests, the account is still not being closed, which clearly shows how poorly customer concerns are handled. What is more concerning is that I was charged **₹3,80,000 for a “Golden Package”**, which now feels completely unjustified considering the lack of service, poor communication, and unresolved issues. Despite repeated follow-ups, **my refund is still not processed**. This experience clearly reflects: * Lack of transparency * Poor customer support * No ownership of client issues * Delayed and unresolved financial matters I would strongly advise others to **carefully evaluate before opting for such high-cost packages without clear accountability**.
