Initially, I was quite worried about my application not being accepted, as I wasn't sure how difficult the application process for studying in Japan was. The specialist introduced me to the schools offered by the YMCA and asked about my preferred region. I answered the Kansai region, and the specialist provided a very detailed introduction to the school I wanted to attend (Kobe YMCA). I ​​also took some brochures home; I felt they were very dedicated. It took me about two months to prepare the application materials, which I submitted around August. After submitting the materials in August, the Japan Immigration Bureau replied in mid-February this year, notifying me that my application was approved. I paid the fees in early March and then waited to depart. The entire process was explained very carefully by the specialist from the beginning, and it actually made me feel quite relaxed and unhurried, following a step-by-step process, which put me at ease. I am very grateful to Director Yang because he helped me a lot with the submission of documents and answered many of my questions. He was also very patient and helpful from beginning to end.
