Last year we used Reiss Edwards for the third time to handle my wife’s Visas for the UK. They were originally recommended to me through a friend of the family. They certainly live up to expectations. Ben Inigo-Jones is usually our first point of contact and is always highly knowledgeable and efficient. Evellyn Geemon handled our case on this occasion, and she was superb. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Everything went according to plan and she guided us through every step of the way. I used their service for the ILR application and cannot recommend Zarish and Joe highly enough. The case was genuinely complex, and the level of due diligence they brought to the documents was exceptional. What really stood out was their ability to identify gaps which I genuinely believed were complete. The scrutiny was thorough in a way that gave me real confidence going into the application. I had like a million questions throughout the process (and I really did ask A LOT!) and not once did they make me feel like a burden. Every single question was answered patiently and thoughtfully, right up until the very last moment. Response times were consistently within a few hours, and never more than 24 hours. Overall, extremely happy with the service and the quality of work delivered. We used Reiss Edwards to help myself and my husband through our 2.5yr partnership visa application. Lewis and Sandeep were very knowledgeable and helpful and their communication was excellent and always very prompt, never having to wait more than a few hours for an email or call back. We had our visa approved after application within about 4 weeks ( being immigration office standard timeframe) it was a huge weight off our shoulders having Reiss Edwards lead and manage this application for us. Would recommend
