The service of these group is truly exceptional! Mates International had been able to successfully lodge and have my student visa request granted. We had to communicate via email due to the fact that I am an island away from their designated location but they never fail to respond to my queries, it cut me the slack of going to their office to have my documents presented. The overall experience leaves a gratitude in my heart and I hope they continue to help further applicants in their journey overseas. Hands down to the best agency! I processed my student visa with them and was granted less than 2 months. Not only they are good at the things they do, but they are exceptionally approachable as well.
