I can highly recommend this language school to both students and teachers, as it boasts not only high-quality instruction but also a pleasant overall atmosphere. Interactions with students and staff are always very friendly, respectful, and transparent. When hiring teachers, great care is taken to ensure that their lessons meet high and modern quality standards, truly empowering students to use the new language independently. Furthermore, the language school is comprehensively and modernly equipped. I felt very comfortable at Getusion and have already recommended the school to many friends :)

The most honest agency in all of Tunisia for your studies in Germany. Unfortunately, I didn't complete the entire process, but Getusion is the right place to go to study in Germany and continue your academic journey at top universities throughout Europe.

The client does not receive accurate, clear, and timely information. This is an agency I would not recommend. Even if you eventually receive all the necessary documents, the customer experience is truly disastrous. A clear example: Before booking my language courses at Carl Duisberg (in collaboration with the Getusion agency in Germany), the staff advised me to pay for two language levels and that a refund was possible if I didn't wish to continue with the second level. When I arrived in Germany and requested a refund from the school administration, they informed me that this practice has not been possible for a long time. Carl Duisberg never issues refunds, and the agency was supposedly aware of this. Getusion charged me more money in order to increase their profit. The amount I lost is considerable. When I contacted Getusion and the staff who handled my booking to try and find a solution, no one responded, and this has been going on for months. I keep sending emails, but I'm being ignored. Neither the agency nor the staff has offered any apology.

I filed a complaint about the test results and I've been waiting for a response for a month. They keep telling me that the person in charge is unavailable... They say what's wrong with me, they're just being unprofessional. I'm fed up... This lack of professionalism is appalling.
