DAAD Information Centre Cairo

I completed my Canada student visa application with help from DAAD Information Centre Cairo. The document checklist they provided was comprehensive and saved me a lot of time. There were a couple of administrative errors early on that needed correcting, but they were resolved promptly. The counsellor assigned to me was knowledgeable and I never felt like I was being given generic advice. Would use them again.

Now they ask you to book an appointment to answer your questions also they are in there summer vacation from 31 of July till 31 of August and they didn't mention it

Avoid wasting time here! This institute has definitely went down hill. Not only is it only open 2 hours, they are extremely unhelpful. I made an appointment that i had to wait 3 weeks for. The timing on my appointment was wrong and the lady at the front desk blamed me for it until i showed her the printed out copy I made. She then said the system made a mistake. As i thought it would be one on one talk to a representative, she told me its a presentation that i missed (because the system) and that i just ask questions during the presentation. Of course i was a tad irritated but i shrugged it off. I asked to take a small booklet they used to hand out to vistors, since the trip was pointless for me, she said no and preceded to tell me its for me people who have a "counseling appointment". I never thought id say this, but you will get better information and help from Google.

helpful people ... anyone who wants to study in Germany have to pass by this place .. but you gotta know what you want to do exactly .. and don't expect them to answer questions not related to education.. like jobs ... good luck
