Compared to other agencies, consultant Elaine made me feel completely trustworthy and patient from our first meeting, so I brought my school friends along for her help. Throughout the process, from school selection to final preparations for studying abroad, no matter how big or small the problem or worry, Elaine always responded very quickly, helping me find and solve problems, which put my mind at ease, as I'm easily worried about making mistakes. In the end, I was successfully admitted to my ideal school and even received a scholarship!!! I can only say I'm very grateful to my friend who recommended me, Elaine, and myself for deciding to come to Bell.
