Al Ahlam Higher Education & Training Services is a Muscat-based consultancy founded in 2002 by Managing Director Kate Clarke, specialising in Omani students heading to the UK and Ireland. Licensed by Oman’s Ministry of Higher Education since 2005 and an ICEF-accredited agency, it is an official representative of more than 50 UK and Irish universities, and provides university placement, English-language courses, boarding-school admissions, career guidance and educational-psychology assessments.
