I hired an immigration attorney who was part of this firm Heather Poole. A short time after hiring her and paying fees in full. I was informed Heather was abruptly moving to a different law firm. It was communicated that there was some conflict internally that caused this sudden move and I discovered later this would be at my expense. Heather’s team reached out asking me if I was going to transfer my case to Heather’s new law firm or stay at Grzegorek & Gonzalez LLP. I originally said I would go with heather since I had paid my retainer in full, only to be told that she would be charging me additional fees. I asked a few questions regarding additional fees that did not make sense since I already had satisfied the outstanding fees. After my questioning of the additional fees she was very aggressive and her treatment towards me was extremely unprofessional. Soon after this conversation Heather would send me very pointed e mails saying if I had questions regarding my case she would have to bill me extra., she was clearly angry and was using me as an escape goat. A lot of this horrible treatment from Heather Poole was clearly a sign of her issues at her former law firm and I was her punch dummy. I then decided to stay with Grzegorek & Gonzalezs, to my demise it would turn out to be an even bigger nightmare. I was now faced with paying additional costs for the new attorney named Amy Prokop Lenhert. I was pressed against the wall with no other options and paid their absurd fees although I had already paid for my services that were never completed. This law firm and Heather don’t fall far from the tree they will tack on whatever fees to make money off you. As time passed I started to realize my case was not being handled properly and decided to seek a second opinion from counsel. I shared the e mails and work Amy had done, after Heather abandoned me and my case. Let me tell you that the attorneys that looked at the work were extremely professional but immediately suggested I seek other services as the guidance given by Amy and this law firm was misleading and not truthful. I am still paying for this law firms mistakes and mismanagement of my file. I had to hire new council and spent additional funds to have their mistakes corrected which I’m still dealing with today. To date I have not received a refund or apology for the horrible services I was forced to pay for and endured. BE WARE, DO NOT pay the retainer agreement/ services in full until you see results. DO NOT hire this law office. Steers away from this firm if you can. RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK I ask this law firm for a full and complete refund of what I paid. Regards, Taken advantage of client

SGG helped me to file a mandamus for my green card application. I have not received any news from immigration department in past 3 years. However, I got my problem solved in two months after SGG helped me. The attorneys of SGG are friendly, professional and efficient. I recommend SGG to anyone with an immigration issue.
