I went to their website and answered some rather basic personal questions (Name, phone number, email) as I was in the early stages of looking into options for immigration. I was unaware that I was apparently signing up to receive several calls each day trying to pressure me into buying their service despite my constant statements that my financial situation at this time is unstable and I cannot pay for any service like this. Initially I considered that I might return once my situation was in better condition, but instead, after my statements had been ignored several times, I definitely will go elsewhere for any type of consultation I might need, simply on principle to not give money to those who employ scummy tactics like this (regardless of its legality). I also urge others to do the same as this should be deemed unacceptable behavior for any type of company, let alone an a company that's supposed to provide immigration consultation.

I signed up and paid $2500 after being called multiple times a day by very pushy sales people and reassured I could cancel later if I didn’t want to move forward with my application. Since then we got our residency in Australia so I didn’t proceed but my refund was refused and my emails requesting my information have not been answered. The process felt pushy and misleading, so be very cautious and read all terms carefully before signing up.

This process was really smooth thanks to Linda Ryle was really good with taking me through the process she mad it seem very easy.

Ryan Wilson was very respectful, engaging, and helpful. He was also very pleasant to talk to.

I want to commend MDC Canada for the awesome work they do. My experience with the staff I have encountered has been amazing. I love the way they discharge their duties. I appreciate Tyler James, my case officer, for the marvelous work he has been doing for me. I greatly value his patience and endurance in listening to my many questions. He has guided me well on how to submit my documents and has frequently checked on me to know how I am progressing with my preparation for IELTS exam. It gladdens my heart each time I remember that TYLER has been assigned to my case. I feel at peace working with him.
