I engaged Klasko for EB-5 application at the end of 2023 and that was a mistake. I worked with Daniel Lundy as Senior lawyer and Anu Nair as his assistant on the project. While both clearly had knowledge and experience, a complete lack of engagement — almost indifference — made working with them risky. They repeatedly forgot important details, failed to follow up on agreed tasks, and made careless errors that could have jeopardized my daughter’s application if we had proceeded with them. After five unproductive months, I terminated the contract. I switched to another firm that prepared everything nicely and filed within 2 months. Maybe it is OK to work with the other attorneys at Klasko, I do not know that, but definitely stay away from Daniel Lundy and Anu Nair. P.S. Just checked the website of Klasko and Daniel Lundy no longer appears on the team. Maybe he is no longer with the firm. Hope my review helps.

My employer hired Klasko to extend my H1B and initiate the PERM process with the assistance of Nicholas. So far, the experience has been excellent. The H1B extension process was incredibly fast, and for the first time in my life, I received a call from a law firm request me to rash the filling of some forms. They submitted my case to USCIS within 2-3 days after that. As for the PERM process, it has just begun, and Nicholas has been as patient and supportive as ever. He takes the time to answer all my questions, no matter how trivial, and addresses any concerns I have. His professionalism and expertise make this process much easier for me. In my life, I value the motto of serving others to the best of my ability, and I strive to make others’ lives/work easier. From my interactions with Nicholas, I can tell that he shares these values. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend working with him and his firm. I look forward to achieving my American Dream as many others have.

I had a consultation with this firm after paying $300 fee , lawyer did not even read our case just came back and said it is not possible to file it due to travel ban I called US state department and advised there is no legal restriction retained another firm .STAY AWAY
