Following my husband's arrest on December 31, 2025, I met with Ellen, who immediately provided a sense of peace and outlined clear, honest alternatives for our situation. Even after he was initially denied a bond hearing, as we had discussed might happen, you were both prepared to file the habeas corpus petition without delay.
The level of service was exceptional. Both of you were incredibly responsive to my calls, emails, and messages. I was particularly impressed by the more than 400 pages of evidence Ellen compiled, which clearly demonstrated why bond should be granted. Thanks to your hard work and persistence, my husband was granted bond with a minimal amount and no restrictions.
Ellen and Ethan, you are not only excellent at what you do, but you are also wonderful people who help reunite families. Thank you for your support and dedication.

I had the pleasure of working with Zachary New on a complex immigration matter, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From our first interaction, Mr. New demonstrated a deep understanding of the legal landscape and a clear, strategic approach to our case. He is incredibly professional, responsive, and always took the time to explain the details of our local filings and the broader litigation.
What sets Zachary apart is his commitment to his clients. He handled our supplemental evidence and Unreasonable Delay claims with the utmost care, ensuring we felt supported throughout a stressful process. If you are looking for an attorney in Colorado who is both highly skilled and genuinely invested in his clients' success, Zachary New is the person to call.

We were told they could help bring my parents here for a total cost of $10,000. However, the funds were exhausted before my parents even received an interview appointment. According to their emails, we were billed for attorney and paralegal discussions regarding political changes!
Later they requested additional fees. At that point, we decided to withdraw the case, began following up on the process ourselves, and sought assistance from another attorney. Within six months, my parents received their interview and were able to successfully come here.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend wasting your money with this firm.

I had a consultation with Aaron Hall and was very impressed by the service. The visit was respectful and professional, which I truly appreciated.
I’ve struggled in the past with a lawyer who was mostly unavailable, so it was refreshing to find Aaron honest and candid. He didn’t just say what I wanted to hear or focus on business; he actually gave me thoughtful advice. As promised on the firm’s website, the consultation provided all three things: personalized legal advice, case analysis, and an initial strategy tailored to my situation.
Aaron even pointed out a possibility that may or may not change my case, but the fact that he could identify it and advise me accordingly showed real diligence. I also noticed he is responsive over email, which is not something you always get.
In my experience, many lawyers are attentive only until the retainer is signed. I hope this firm is different, because my first impression was excellent. One word of caution: the services are expensive, so I would encourage anyone considering them to weigh their decision carefully.
Overall, my experience with Aaron was positive, and I appreciate the honesty and professionalism he brought to the consultation. I am currently planning to use expertise of the lawyer from this firm to represent me.
