I would like to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. Today, I visited the office at 10:30 AM to discuss my visa matter. When I arrived, I was simply asked about the purpose of my visit and told to wait for 5 minutes. However, I ended up waiting until 1:30 PM without any proper assistance or follow-up. During this time, I noticed that the staff seemed very busy attending to people they were already familiar with or had prior connections to, while those of us who had come from far away without any personal reference were largely ignored. It felt very disorganized, like waiting at a bus stand rather than a professional office. I understand that professionals can be busy, but basic time management and fair treatment of all clients are important. Waiting for three hours without clear communication or progress was extremely frustrating and felt like a complete waste of time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend relying on this service, especially if you are traveling from a distance. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for others in the future.

Very poor experience and seems like vegetable market in India also not professional. Left after one hour waiting without to meet because of unprofessional, no answer from anybody, it's like seeling vegetables vendor and ignoring when you trying to ask price for certain vegetables. Poor at all. Better to pay for appointment and get advice for professional solicitors. Not recommended.
