Deeply dissatisfied with IDP and the lack of professionalism from Yudish and Alex. Their role was to guide me toward a master’s degree that would allow me to work in Australia after completing my studies. After finishing the program, I realised that I was not eligible for a Temporary Post-Graduate Visa, which made it impossible to access work opportunities. In today's world, I would advise using AI to guide you through the right uni/visa fit instead of spending money with incompetent people.

Sent a mail few months back. Got a very late reply though a phone call. The woman behind the call had poor manners and was rude. You get an unwelcoming person for a first time talking to you, you feel discouraged to go ahead. Nonetheless the call was transferred to Mr Sayyad Sheriff to answer my queries and he was conversely very kind and encouraging.

The staff members were friendly and adept in their professionalism.

The counsellor assigned to me, Alison Chinnapen Redy, demonstrated exceptional dedication and greatly facilitated the application process. She provided thorough answers to all my queries and ensured I encountered no difficulties whatsoever.
