Ican Education is the most thorough consultancy I have worked with. I wanted to do a Masters in the UK and they did not just send me a university list — they sat with me and analysed every programme's curriculum, employment outcomes, and tuition fees relative to my budget. I ended up at the University of Warwick, which I would not have known to consider without their guidance. Visa was approved first attempt. Outstanding service.

I applied to four universities in Australia through Ican Education. Their university network is impressive and they have relationships with good institutions that other Jakarta agencies don't. The scholarship research they did for me was thorough — I ended up with a 25% tuition reduction at the University of Queensland. Student visa guidance was excellent. Slightly slow with document review but the quality of output was high when it came. Very happy overall.

Solid and professional service from Ican for my Masters application to Germany. German applications are complex — university portals, APS certification, blocked account requirements — and the Ican team knew every step. I got into Technical University of Munich for my MSc in Mechanical Engineering. Fee was reasonable. My only note is that the initial consultation felt a bit rushed — more time on programme fit would have been useful. But the execution was excellent.

I chose Ican Education for my PhD application in Canada — a process far more complex than a regular Masters application. They helped me identify potential supervisors, write a compelling research proposal, and approach professors directly. Their knowledge of the Canadian academic system was impressive. I secured a supervisory agreement and am now enrolled at the University of Alberta with a full funding package. Ican truly went above and beyond.

Ican helped me apply to universities in the Netherlands for a Masters in International Business. Most Indonesian agencies don't know the Dutch system well but Ican had real knowledge — Studielink application portal, Nuffic Neso requirements, and even recommended the INTO Holland pathway for my language preparation. I got into Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University. Good value for such specialist knowledge.
