5 years ago , as an Asian living in Spain with my English husband , we decided to return to live in England. Jenny was incredibly helpful with the process of getting me pre-settled status and now, 5 years later has led me through getting settled status , indefinite leave to remain . I am so pleased ! Jenny has always been kind and courteous and knowledgeable. I can thoroughly recommend her for this kind of work.

I engaged Immigration Advice Service (IAS) to handle my visa renewal. The Home Office asked IAS more than once to provide specific evidence about my UK company’s activities. Instead of supplying this, IAS replied that the evidence was “not required.” Because of this refusal to provide what the Home Office explicitly requested, my application was refused. This has caused me serious financial and personal harm. I am now pursuing a formal complaint with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA). I am sharing this so that others are aware of my experience when considering IAS for representation.
