The institute provides best condition of equipment and guidelines for GRE. I gave my GRE here and faced no problems with the on-boarding. Also their computer systems are up to date and people here are really helpful. Recommended centre from my side.

I had my TOEFL exam on 25th May 2025 at Grad Dreams Education Consulting. At the start of the exam, they provided only two blank sheets. I used them, but when I was about to finish the last sheet and only a small space was left, I looked at the exam coordinator because I needed an extra blank sheet. No one came for about 30 minutes. I believe the coordinator should check every 10 to 15 minutes to see if any students need more paper.
When she finally came, I raised my hand and immediately turned my focus back to the exam screen, assuming she would come to my desk and hand me a blank sheet. Instead, she placed the paper beside my desk, which was a little far from me. This is an education consulting center, so I expected them to know that, except for the reading section, all other sections of the TOEFL require note-taking. It's not reasonable to provide only two sheets. They should monitor students and provide extra sheets when needed.
It was a disappointing experience.

This is a very clean hygienic place. It also has a freshroom. The staff is really cooperative and polite. The test centre overall is a good place (considering the applicants' are worried for their tests here) it doesn't feel strange here. The chairs provided here are comfortable to sit for a long period of time.

I had my gre exam on 23rd November 2024 which I gave at Grad-dreams education centre Kondhwa. I was allotted Lab-A Computer 12.
Gre is an important exam which has a major impact on the application process and admission decisions.
The following events unfolded on the test day.
I had just completed my AWA and was solving the first quant section.
The pencil that they provided made a feather light contact with the display which made the display completely go off.
There were 11 minutes remaining for the section still
Knowing that the time stops in such situations I patiently waited and raised an issue following the gre test centre guidelines, when no one showed up to resolve I literally had to step out of the room to get assistance.
The employee agreed the display went off but when I resumed the exam the time had gone down to 6 minutes and following the argument I was having regarding the situation further dropped to 5 minutes. ( For reference that's approx 1/3rd time of the section ).
They said nothing can be done abt it during or post the exam so I had to solve the remaining questions in that impossible time, as gre is a non-negative marking exam I selected the best guesses.
As everyone who gives a gre attempt knows how much the performance in the first section affects the total score as it limits the opportunity to score better.
I wrote a grievance mail to gre and they completely turned the blame on me, didn't even have the decency to apologise.
They said that the system didn't show any stopage of time and hence no there was no issue with the test, ( ironically which was the issue to begin with, quite a nincompoop response for the institute that assesses graduates )
If you are serious about your GRE attempt choose another test centre. A shocking experience, wouldn't recommend this centre at all.
