I’m incredibly grateful to Global Education Zimbabwe for their outstanding support throughout my university and visa application process. I had just been rejected by an Australian university and was starting to lose hope, until a friend recommended Nzwanai to me. Nzwanai and Ruvimbo made my university application stress-free. They were very kind, approachable, and their patience was unmatched. A special thanks to Efi for guiding me step by step throughout the entire visa application process. She is very professional and knowledgeable, and was always ready to answer my questions and provide help,even after hours. I commend the Global Education team for remaining positive and encouraging throughout the entire process, and I’ll definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for genuine, efficient, and caring assistance with international study plans!!

Global education was not the first college service I had chosen to use but it was the best one I used. Unlike others the process was straightforward and less stressful than other services. Tapiwa, the agent who was assisting to be specific was very helpful. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. If anyone were to ask me how i managed to apply I would definitely recommend Global Education.

I worked with Global education in 2025. From the start Nzwanai and Tapiwa ,the agents, I was working with made our interactions feel as though we knew each other for years. From understanding how my family setup was to my high school experience they took time to see me and help breakdown and identify what I was really looking for. This made the whole experience feel less like an agents to a client rather siblings to a sibling . As we progressed through the application process it looked promising receiving offers from multiple universities and things looked very promising. However it took a turn for the worst when I got a visa rejection. All hope felt lost and reapplying was tough as schools would turn me down due to the visa rejection. However Nzwanai and Tapiwa never gave up vowing to fight tooth and nail to make the situation right. They got the chance to speak to a university representative and plead my case to him and in a matter of a week I was accepted and shortly after my visa came through. Throughout the whole ordeal they made sure to check on me making sure I kept my head up and not to worry. Long winded as this may be this was just a testament to the type of people you get to work with when choosing Global Education they are truly exceptional.
