My employer uses Fragomen for greencard application, and they messed up my PERM job posting - instead of copying and pasting the job description we provided, they re-used the text from another employee in our office with my salary range. They didn't inform us about the mistake until a few months later, when we thought they have already filed my PERM - this is a total disaster, and we have to do all the job posting from ground zero again. Even when this problem was brought up, they just said it's a mistake made by their third-party contractors, without even an apology. This delays my application time for more than half a year, with the risk of my Prevailing Wage determination expiring, if they screw it up again. It's such a headache when they keep me and my employer in the dark during the process, not letting us know they've screwed up and made a mistake, losing valuable time, and not being proactive in fixing the mistakes. The non-transparent communication and the attempt to cover up mistakes really made us doubt their professionalism, now my HR and I will have to do their job by reviewing everything they post, fearing that they would mess up again.

Very bad in terms of immigration advice and support, especially with respect to US immigration. In some instances, they downright refused to provide me support and advise tied to immigration matters. Additionally, they also filed papers incorrectly during the visa application
