My employer uses Fragomen for greencard application, and they messed up my PERM job posting - instead of copying and pasting the job description we provided, they re-used the text from another employee in our office with my salary range. The non-transparent communication and the attempt to cover up mistakes really made us doubt their professionalism, now my HR and I will have to do their job by reviewing everything they post, fearing that they would mess up again.
