Esoft Study Abroad helped me with my application to Australia. The team was well-organised — they set up a timeline at the start and mostly stuck to it. Document checks were thorough, which gave me confidence before submission. I did need to follow up a couple of times for status updates, but the end result was a successful application. Would recommend to anyone planning to study in Australia.

Had a meeting with higher management, including the owner’s son and several other staff members, regarding my experience. Unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. The entire discussion felt scripted rather than genuinely focused on resolving student concerns.
The service provided did not reflect what was paid for, especially within the online department. A significant portion of what was promised was either poorly handled or not provided at all, and the overall experience was frustrating and exhausting.
I would strongly advise students to carefully research before signing up for HND programs here, particularly through the online department. Based on my experience, the level of communication, support, and accountability was far below expectations.

This is the worst institution I have ever been to. I am doing my LL B degree in this institution, but the institution is always focused on getting money from the students. They do not care about the students' studies or facilities. We are students from cities far away from Colombo, so we are boarding in Colombo. But some weeks we do not have lectures. They say that there is no lecture today, a little while before the lecture starts. Sometimes we have already gone a long way by the time that message comes.
Some weeks there is only one lecture for two hours. Other lectures are rescheduled, but they don't do it. Even those that are done are posted online. So it's a shame that we have to pay for boarding and stay like this. For this reason, when we ask to switch to the weekend, we have to pay a transfer fee of 25,000 rupees. We don't switch to the weekend because we want to. Because we don't teach properly. Should we also pay for their mistakes?
Before joining, the management accepts and respects you a lot, but after joining, they treat you like a fool, especially Ms. Amra. She acts like a first-class person, and we are third-class. She does not respect the students, nor does she listen to your requests or concerns. They only focus on getting money from students. If we do not pay our fees on time, they collect a late fee penalty. Not only is the money spent for so long a waste, but now we are fed up with the name ESOFT. So guys, if you want a proper education for your money, please avoid institutions like ESOFT.

This is the worst institute I have ever been to. I joined for their HND in Cybersecurity, but the institution is always focused on getting money from students. They don’t care about students’ academics or facilities. Before joining, the management welcomes and respects you very much, but after joining, they treat you like you’re foolish especially Mrs. Thenukshan. He acts as though he is a first class person and we are third class people. He doesn’t show respect to students and doesn’t even listen to your requests or problems.
The lectures are also terrible. Some lecturers don’t even know what they’re teaching
they just come and go. They’re only focused on getting money from students. If we don’t pay our fees on time, they add a late fee penalty. Even if you’re late by just one day, they add 1,000 to your course fees. I have completed several courses at other institutions, and they didn’t do anything like this.
Also, the students at ESOFT Campus behave very cheaply. The management admits students without proper qualifications, simply because they’re focused on making money. After seeing all of this, I left ESOFT without finishing my course and joined ICBT Campus in Bambalapitiya, which is a very good institution. So guys, please avoid institutions like ESOFT if you want a proper education for your money.

Esoft university is better but after more research I think we can find some other better colleges where they do diplomas. I contact esoft to do a British business degree. But that didn’t work well. So I found a new place called Roots College UK . So here I did LMQ level 7 in business management and the lecturers are UK based only. And the price is also convenient

They are unquestionably careless. Recruit qualified lecturers and encourage them to engage voluntarily with students. Follow proper procedures when issuing certificates and delivering lectures. Avoid forcing lecturers to join students. Additionally, advise administration officers to treat students with kindness and understanding. Without compassion and support, rebranding and opening new branches will not lead to success.
