I recently completed my IELTS from here and it was a great experience. My friend also went through the process for her Europe (Finland) and she felt the same way. The staff were very welcoming and cooperative. She ran into a couple of technical issues during the test, but sir Azib and Sania sorted them out within seconds. A special thanks to Miss Mafia and Abida for their support and cooperation. They were so encouraging to both me and my friend. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Recommended

Sir Azib and Sania are looking after my Europe case, and I haven’t had any difficulty—overall it’s been a good experience. They’ve been supportive and professional throughout. I’m not sure why people are leaving bad comments. In my dealings, Miss Mafia and Abida have also been there to support and sort things out quickly. If anyone has an issue, it’s better to come forward and speak to them directly rather than post anonymous negative reviews. Go in, share your concern, and give them a chance to help—that’s what worked for me. Highly recommended
