EducationUSA Philippines is the US Department of State's official advising network for Filipinos interested in studying in the United States. Operating primarily through the Thomas Jefferson Information Center at the US Embassy in Manila, plus a second centre at the Philippine-American Educational Foundation (PAEF) in Mandaluyong, EducationUSA provides free, comprehensive, and current information on US higher education from an official government source. Unlike commercial consultancies, EducationUSA is a non-profit government programme with no financial relationship with any specific US institution — advisers are genuinely neutral and cannot be influenced by commissions. Services include free advising appointments, a College Prep Program with in-person summer application boot camps, SAT/ACT preparation guidance, a Graduate Studies Cohort Program, and annual university fairs held in Manila, Quezon City, and Davao. EducationUSA hosted its 11th annual University Fair in 2026 across multiple Philippine cities.
