Half Star, their attorneys don't read your case, they have no knowledge of immigration process despite being an immigration law firm. And more over they provide you with wrong advise on what to carry out on your immigration process. Super slow in processing any request. I'm not sure how this firm is even in business.

The Worst company. Very very slow and totally unprofessional. They don't have basic knowledge of immigration. They don't review document and respond to any query you have. currently as immigration in trump act is very I would advice to find good firm. Waste of money and time. They don't care if you petition is rejected. They just care money they get for each application.

Worst company ever. I keep asking them to correct my information on my H1B transfer case. They keep saying that they are fixing or they have fixed them. Before they filed my case, I wrote several emails and had a phone call with them, hoping them can fix the problem. After they filed the case, I found immediately that they are still writing down the wrong information in my documents. I asked them to withdraw and correct the information. They told me that they fixed and refiled. Then, I got the approval notice. The information is still wrong. The wrong information is my "country of citizenship", which severely affect my legal rights. It will make my H1B Visa ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst thing is that Google partner with BAL. If I want to join Google, I cannot refuse to work with BAL. Thanks to BAL, I can never come back to United States if I fly outside the US. Great job!

They are extremely slow at filing for immigration related forms and will wait till the last minute to file so if there is an error in the docs they have prepared, you are out of luck. They have hired people who don't know what they are doing and make so many mistakes that would make you think that its not worth to use their services. If you are forced to use their services, please verify each and every column and make sure the information is right.

Worst immigration legal team you can ever find. Extremely slow and incompetent. Struggling for 4 years to have them file my PERM without errors and get to the finish line but in vain. I don't want to leave my employer but stuck with this firm. A word of advise for foreign professionals - do not join a company that use their service. Edit 10/21/21 Adding an update to my previous comment and updating ratings from 1 star to 3 stars. The reason is that after struggling for 5 years having them file my PERM without error in the 6th year they came around and worked very efficiently on my application. I noticed there were some changes made within the organization prior to the pandemic and the new folks who took up my case did a much better job. To my pleasant surprise my recent experience has been much better. Still not giving them all 5 stars for my past experience but I wouldn't mind working them again now.
