About Australian Way Education
Australian Way Education Pty Ltd is an international education consultancy operating since 2009, specialising in study-and-work programmes in Australia, New Zealand and Ireland for students from Spain and Latin America. It runs offices in Sydney (Bondi Junction) and Madrid, a team in Santiago de Chile serving Latin American time zones, and in-destination "Welcomer" staff across 13 cities including Dublin and Auckland. The firm reports more than 12,000 students placed and 300+ partner institutions. Advisory is free to students (schools pay the commission). Australian Way does not hold an in-house migration agent licence and refers migration matters beyond student visas to MARA-registered partners.
How Australian Way Education get paid
Australian Way Education does not charge students a placement fee. Like most education agents, it is paid a commission by the universities it places students into. That does not make its advice bad — but the agent is paid by the institution, not by you, so it has more financial reason to recommend a partner university than a non-partner one. Ask which universities it represents, and whether your shortlist is on that list.
