Absolutely disgusting behavior. I was at the centre yesterday with my 3-year-old child. I accidentally parked in the wrong spot because I was rushing to an appointment and didn’t notice the sign. When I returned to my car, someone had blocked me in with their own vehicle. There was no note on the car and no way to contact the owner. After running around the centre with my toddler trying to find who it belonged to, I finally went to Level 2 and found the owner, who works for this business. I remained calm and respectful and apologised for parking in his spot, asking if he could kindly move his car so I could leave. He refused and told me to wait, even though he wasn’t doing anything at the time and it would have taken him less than five minutes to move it. His behaviour was extremely petty, rude, and aggressive. He showed no care or empathy, even though I had a sick child with me. Instead, he forced the situation to escalate to the point where I had to get the police involved over something that could have been resolved in minutes. It was unnecessarily stressful and embarrassing, especially in front of other people at the centre. As a grown man, you should be ashamed of the way you handled this situation. Your lack of basic decency and empathy was shocking. Inshallah, you get what’s coming to you.
