I had a great experience with Peter. He was incredibly kind and understanding throughout the entire process. He truly believed in me and fought hard on my behalf, which made a huge difference. He is very respectful, patient, and easy to talk to, always taking the time to listen and explain things clearly. I felt supported every step of the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and compassionate lawyer!

I used A&K for my parents sponsorship application. They were very pleasant to work with and guided us throughout the process. Any time I had reached out they would reply quickly to avoid any delays. I will certainly recommend them for any type of immigration services.

Very dissapounting experience working with Peter Krochak. Once money was exchanged, he seemed to immediately forget about the application. He barely looked through our documents and really put in as little effort as he could get away with. One of the documents submitted to ircc wasn't even filled out correctly. Maybe your case load is too high or you're too busy but be responsible for the clients you take on. It shouldn't just be about the money. Edit: as I've just seen their reply and defensiveness on my review, I'm updating my review. Not everyone is going to have the exact name you dealt with them in. Ever heard of a preferred name? Feel free to deal with them if you like but I personally wouldn't in the future and definitely wouldn't recommend.

I am truly grateful to Peter Krochak and his outstanding team at AK Canada for their incredible support throughout my immigration journey to Canada. From the very beginning, Peter’s professionalism and deep knowledge of Canadian immigration law made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to walk me through each step of the process, ensuring that I understood all the necessary details and requirements. No question was too small—Peter was always available to provide clear, thoughtful answers whenever I needed them. One of the most impressive aspects of working with Peter was the efficiency and speed of the process. Thanks to his meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach, my Permanent Residency application was processed quickly, with a fast turnaround. This was such a relief, as I had heard of the long wait times many applicants face, but Peter’s expertise ensured a swift and successful outcome. Throughout the process, I felt supported, informed, and confident in Peter’s guidance. His team at AK Canada is clearly dedicated to delivering top-tier service, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for an immigration lawyer who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about his clients, I wholeheartedly recommend Peter Krochak and AK Canada. Their service is truly exceptional, and I’m so thankful for their help in making my move to Canada a reality.
