Fraudulent SCAMMER COMPANY!! DON’T TRUST THEM ESPECIALLY THAT MEGHA AGRAWAL WHO IS A HABITUAL OFFENDER! Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating professional experiences I’ve ever had. Our project involved creating 10 professional reels for SWEC. Before production even began, every major aspect of the project was approved. The concepts, mood board, scripts, models, styling and shoot plan were discussed and finalized in advance. Nothing was shot without prior approval. On the day of the shoot, their representative, Megha Agarwal, remained in constant communication with my team. She requested change after change, sometimes asking us to reshoot the same reel four or five times until she was satisfied. A shoot that should normally take around 7–8 hours stretched to nearly 16 hours because we kept accommodating every instruction without complaint. Throughout the shoot and even afterward, video clips were continuously shared with her. She approved them with WhatsApp reactions and confirmations. We have screenshots of these approvals. Only after the work had been completed did everything suddenly change. The same content that had been approved was now described as incorrect. Responsibility was shifted entirely onto my team, despite the fact that approvals had been documented at every stage. As per our agreement, payment milestones were: • 50% advance • 25% after the shoot • 25% upon final delivery The post-shoot payment was never made. Even so, we continued editing and completed the project. They then demanded that we hand over watermark-free final files before clearing the outstanding payment. No professional production agency works this way. Watermarks exist specifically to protect completed work until payment is received. When we refused to release unpaid deliverables, communication became increasingly hostile. We were blamed for issues that had already been approved earlier in the process. Eventually, instead of resolving the matter professionally, the owners left the WhatsApp group and blocked my number while still withholding payment. The outstanding amount is only ₹7,000. For an established company, this amount is insignificant. What is disappointing is not the money itself, but the way the situation was handled. We invested our team’s time, equipment, editors, creative staff, models and nearly an entire day of production. We honoured every revision request, worked overtime without complaint, documented approvals throughout the process and delivered the agreed work. In return, we were left chasing payment and defending ourselves against allegations that contradicted their own earlier approvals. I am attaching screenshots showing: • WhatsApp approvals. • Their representative reacting positively to the reels. • Messages confirming revisions. • Communication regarding payment. • The sequence of events. I also cannot recommend this company based on my own experience. If this is how they treat the agencies and vendors they hire, I would advise anyone considering doing business with them to exercise extreme caution. During this project, Megha Agarwal repeatedly communicated directly with my Creative Director, Aditi, and our production team. On multiple occasions, after incorrect information had been shared from their side, we were asked to cover for those mistakes rather than have them acknowledged internally. Despite us accommodating numerous revisions and reshoots throughout the shoot day, responsibility was later shifted entirely onto our team after the work had already been completed. I received my UK student visa from SWEC cor Greenwich University for Jan 2026 intake. The experience was so much hassle free that I don’t even remember taking any tension about visa or anything else.
