Tbh, I contact them around 2 years. When I told them to make the process for application for the Master degree. They sent my file to University through email and I was CC. and they didn’t send me the request form. Almost around 4 to 5 months later I discovered that the university didn’t open Master programs for this semester because of COVID-19. So I don’t know what should I call this. Did they hide that University didn’t open for this year? Or Did they lie to me? Or really they don’t know? With my respect and appreciation, What I really see from this sentence they are not professional.
