I’m honestly very disappointed with the overall management of this college. To be fair, the lecturers here are friendly, supportive, and do their job well. They are one of the few positive aspects of this institution. However, the management is extremely poor. Communication is slow and frustrating—emails often take 3–4 days (or more) to get a response, which is unacceptable for a learning institution. On top of that, the college frequently imposes penalties, but fails to deliver basic standards in return. The cleanliness and maintenance are a serious concern. The toilets are often dirty and smelly, and I have even seen a monitor lizard inside the toilet, which raises major hygiene and safety issues. In the IEB building, there is a persistent foul smell due to cat waste, yet this is the same area where a restaurant operates and students eat. What is more frustrating is that I have raised complaints about these maintenance issues over the past 2 years, but nothing has improved. Despite all this, students are still required to pay maintenance fees every semester. It does not reflect the actual condition or services provided. I strongly urge the management to take these issues seriously and make immediate improvements. Students deserve a clean, safe, and responsive learning environment.

Quite nice building with Chinese cultural design but need maintenance. Mostly Chinese but also with some Indians and Malays. Dorms with card access security. Toilets at the main hall corners at the end. Hard to locate.
