👍What we love
  • 27+ year brand history with particular depth in UK immigration law and UKVI compliance
  • Specialist expertise in Tier 4/Student visa applications goes beyond typical university placement support
  • Serves both expat British nationals and Malaysian students — useful for mixed-nationality families
  • South Africa coverage useful for Malaysian students with family connections to Southern Africa
👎Where it falls short
  • Primary strength is UK immigration — for broad multi-destination placement, larger education-specific agencies are better suited
  • Immigration services are not free — fee structures for visa and immigration work apply
  • Does not cover key Asian study destinations like Japan, South Korea, or China

Used Sable International Malaysia for my undergraduate application to Australia. The process was straightforward once we got started — the counsellor set expectations clearly and was honest when something was uncertain rather than guessing. There was one administrative mix-up with a document that caused a brief delay, but it was resolved within a day. I secured admission to two universities and chose the better fit. Overall positive.

The process of acquiring Grenadian Citizenship through the Grenadian Citizenship by Investment Program (CBI), and thereby a Grenadian Passport, requires substantial, wide ranging, validated data submissions and engagement with various officials, that would have been extremely difficult and much more time consuming to do if we had attempted it by ourselves. Sable, through Sarah Young as the overall leader and Sihle Goniwe as the Senior Investment Migration Caseworker assigned to our project, provided exceptional service. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this field. She asked pertinent questions and guided us appropriately, through a process of elimination, in choosing the program that best fitted our needs. Sihle is the consummate professional demonstrated through the sustained manner in which she dealt with issues and managed the multiple “roadblocks” that inevitably arose through the process. She was always thoroughly detail oriented. (Accuracy is a vital requirement on this project). She demonstrated competence and knowledge but would always ask when she did not know something or needed to validate her understanding. She managed each step sequentially, courteously but firmly conveying to us when the next step was not possible to take yet. She was highly responsive to the multitude of e-mails we and others sent her and was always respectful towards us. We knew that she was also dealing simultaneously with other clients. I have no idea how she kept all the balls she was managing, in the air! We engaged with a number of other Sable people including Valencia Jacobs; Tim Powell; Jason Barnard; Gabriella Eastland all of whom displayed excellence. It is clear to Sheryl and I that Sable has embedded deep in its DNA, a culture of professionalism, competence and excellence that is reflected throughout the organisation.

Used Sable International in Cape Town to assist with an AIT pin application to transfer funds abroad. Shannon, the lady I dealt with, was super professional and efficient and the AIT was granted in less than the expected processing time. Their rates are very very competitive and their service is top notch! Highly recommended. Thanks Shannon for your assistance!

I want to apply for my British passport. I asked my mom just to call the person who was assisting me to ask what documents I would need so that Sable would be able to assist in getting the documents. The lady assigned to me was extremely rude on the phone to my mom. I sent an email asking if someone else would be able to assist me and I have heard nothing back.Shocking service!

Amazing. Going into the process to apply for a Spousal Visa, we knew that it would cost a lot of money. We worked with Jason who was so patient with us for our application. He managed everything for us, all the documents were loaded and ready before the appointment and my partner just arrived, no issues - no fuss and we received confirmation and approved travel documents within 3 weeks of our application. I would recommend Sable International to anyone. Service was really good and they cared about the circumstances and hold ups on our side.
