About Rowshan Global Pathways

Rowshan Global Pathways (RGP) is a Dhaka-based study-abroad and student-visa consultancy that opened in 2026, in Panthapath. It is led by founder MD Ayaz Uddin Rifat, who states he has advised students since 2022. RGP offers personalised counselling, university and program selection, admission and documentation support, student-visa preparation and pre-departure guidance, with a stated focus on honest, profile-based advice rather than packaged promises. Its main destinations are the USA, Canada, South Korea and Malaysia, with selected European options.

What they claim

These figures are published by Rowshan Global Pathways and have not been independently verified by ConsultancyCheck. Their own materials note that individual outcomes vary and no visa outcome is guaranteed.

Our research

ConsultancyCheck's own assessment, from public records and the company's own materials. This is our judgement — not a summary of student reviews.

Strengths
  • ✓Honest, transparent positioning — its own materials state that no visa outcome is guaranteed and that decisions rest with universities and authorities
  • ✓Personalised, profile-based counselling (academic background, budget, English level, destination) rather than one-size-fits-all packages
  • ✓Founder states hands-on consulting experience since 2022
  • ✓Clear, structured process with A–Z documentation checklists and pre-departure support
Limitations
  • !Very new company — founded in 2026, so it has a short track record as a business
  • !Small team and early-stage online presence (Gmail address, Netlify-hosted site) — normal for a new firm, but confirm the office and credentials in person
  • !Self-reported figures (200+ students guided, 70%+ visa success) are not independently verified
  • !No professional accreditation (e.g. ICEF or British Council) stated
  • !No verified student reviews on ConsultancyCheck yet — ask to speak with recent students

How Rowshan Global Pathways get paid

Not published; a free profile assessment is offered. Get a written cost agreement before paying.

Rowshan Global Pathways does not charge students a placement fee. Like most education agents, it is paid a commission by the universities it places students into. That does not make its advice bad — but the agent is paid by the institution, not by you, so it has more financial reason to recommend a partner university than a non-partner one. Ask which universities it represents, and whether your shortlist is on that list.

Who it suits

  • ▸Students in Dhaka who want personalised, one-to-one counselling rather than a packaged deal
  • ▸Applicants targeting the USA, Canada, South Korea or Malaysia
  • ▸Students who value an adviser that sets realistic expectations over "guaranteed" promises

The bottom line

A new (2026) Dhaka consultancy with a refreshingly honest, student-first approach — its own materials set realistic expectations and clearly state that no visa outcome is guaranteed. As an early-stage firm with a small team and no independent reviews yet, verify its recent placements and get everything in writing before committing.
