This company might be a greatest study abroad constantly in Lucknow for sure. But they have management issues. The seniors can just start you blaming on the things that you haven't done. And will find every possible way out to make one blame for the consequences. The decent behaviour might attract you in starting but later after 2-3 weeks they will truly show their real faces. This is just like the another roadside company they don't pay salary. All the roles are target based so just don't fall in the trap.
