I had an excellent experience with Kanan International Surat (Bhatar main branch). I joined their IELTS coaching program and achieved an overall band score of 7.0, with no module scoring below 6.0, on my first attempt. I had a very disappointing experience with kanan during my IELTS preparation. I studied there for around 6 months overall, but honestly, most of the effort was self-driven rather than proper guidance from the institute. One of the tutors, Dhiraj, was extremely careless towards students. Many times, me and other students had to repeatedly request him just to conduct speaking mock tests or check writing essays. His usual response was that he was “too busy,” but instead of teaching, he was often busy scrolling reels or playing games with colleagues during working hours. Another tutor ,khushi who don't have any experience in teaching ielts still they hire such inexperienced teachers and she haven't give any ietls exam yet ,. The worst part was right before our actual IELTS speaking exam. Me and two of my friends requested a final mock speaking session one day before the test. Again, we were told to come back after 5–6 hours because he was supposedly busy. Later, we saw him sitting in his cabin scrolling reels instead of helping students who genuinely needed guidance. The environment felt highly unprofessional and lacked accountability. Students are paying for proper mentorship, feedback, and support — not to be ignored repeatedly. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend students to think carefully before giving both IELTS coaching and visa file processing to this consultancy. Kanan sucks

DO NOT USE KANAN INTERNATIONAL – THEY WILL HIDE YOUR DOCUMENTS AND MAKE UP RIDICULOUS EXCUSES. If you value your Canadian immigration journey, stay far away from Kanan International. After trusting this consultancy with my visa process, they blatantly refused to provide me with the final data and documents they submitted to the IRCC on my behalf. When I demanded my own application data, they actually gave me the excuse that they "don't have the data due to a GST raid" on their office. This is an insulting lie. Furthermore, if an immigration consultancy is genuinely being raided by tax authorities for financial fraud, that is the ultimate red flag. Do not risk a permanent IRCC ban by trusting an agency that operates in the shadows and uses tax raids as an excuse to withhold your own documents. Take your future somewhere else.
