I attended my IELTS exam at IDP Jeddah, and the atmosphere was amazing. What made the experience even better was the positive energy and support from Mohamed and Amani. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming, which helped me feel comfortable and confident throughout the day. I had a great experience at doing my exam today. That was due to the professionalism of two outstanding employees (amani and maha) They were both incredibly kind, respectful, and professional in the way they deal with others. They were patient and understanding and they really take the time to listen and make you feel comfortable. Their positive attitude and good manners truly stand out, and they leave a great impression. Let me not forget the Man who was responsible for the whole process ( I forgot his name, I think it is abdulhameed). He was professional and kind. Great leading staff.

I was having a lot of trouble on where to send my son for his studies abroad. I got introduced to IDP Jeddah and I met Mr. Moaaz Eltourky. He took over all my tensions and made it so simple for me. He explained me about where to study, which university to study, paperwork requirement and their financials. We started off the process and completed my son IELTS with IDP. Mr. Moaaz was very helpful in every step of development and guiding us step by step till the day that now my son has joined the university. So thank you very much to IDP Jeddah and Mr. Moaaz. As a parent it becomes very challenging for us to decide where to send our kids to for further studies but when you reach IDP office they take care of all these issues. I will be recommending them to a lot of my family members and friends.

Best exam I've ever had!! Staff members were nice and easy to communicate with and were cooperative, despite me clearly being late LOL (still, I was no exception). They repeated the instructions clearly more than once which is fantastic, and were very understanding and approachable. And were additionaly helpful by asking me questions after the test about my uni's desires, definitely will ask for help if I had anything in mind!
