I had an extremely disappointing experience with them. They clearly had no proper knowledge or experience with New Zealand student visas, yet still took on my case. I was repeatedly misguided with incorrect advice, which ultimately led to poor documentation being submitted with my visa application. As a result, my New Zealand student visa was refused, a situation that could have been avoided with competent guidance.
They unnecessarily delayed my entire process without providing valid reasons or transparency. Despite the importance of the application, there was no sense of urgency or responsibility shown at any stage. Most concerning was their complete lack of professionalism after the decision was made: they did not inform me of my visa refusal at all. I had to check the status myself and then inform them that my visa had been rejected.
Communication was consistently poor and unreliable. I sent multiple messages and follow-ups regarding my concerns and queries, and most of them were either ignored or replied to very late, if at all. There was no proper guidance, no accountability, and no support when it mattered the most.
Overall, they wasted my time, money, and academic plans. I would strongly advise others not to trust them, especially for New Zealand visa applications. Their lack of expertise, poor communication, and unprofessional handling of my case caused significant stress and damage to my future plans.

To clarify, this review is not because my visa was refused. Even if the visa had been approved, I would still have given the same review due to the poor communication, lack of responsibility, and unprofessional handling of my case.
There were no issues with my actual finances or ties to my home country. The issue was how my application, particularly my Statement of Purpose (SOP) was prepared and presented. A licensed immigration advisor later reviewed my refusal letter and SOP and confirmed that mistakes in the SOP led to the Bona Fide (Non-Genuine Student) assessment.
Identifying and addressing such issues is exactly the responsibility of an education/visa consultant.
I stand by my review so future students can make informed decisions, especially when applying for New Zealand student visas.
