Good experience overall with Future Bright Vietnam. They have clear processes and the staff seemed genuinely experienced with USA applications specifically. My offer letter arrived faster than expected. The one area I'd suggest improvement is more proactive communication — I had to chase a few times. But when I did reach out, responses were helpful and accurate. Visa approved, currently settling in.

Had an amazing stay at this 5-star resort! The atmosphere was luxurious and relaxing, with beautifully designed rooms and stunning Lagoon views. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. I especially loved the pool area - perfect for a true vacation experience. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking for a peaceful and high-end getaway. Definitely coming back again!

I had an absolutely wonderful holiday here, very spacious and clean room. All the staff very friendly and helpful, very good breakfast, extremely clean pools and absolutely wonderful beach. Just a short walk from Da Nang public beach. I would happily come back here anytime. Special thanks to Diem from the reception, very nice and friendly. Thank you Furama Resort for a wonderful stay here.

Our company hosted a small client seminar at this hotel (~20pax). We were extremely happy with our choice of venue. The resort itself is expansive and beautifully landscaped. The rooms are large and well appointed, with many having a balcony overlooking the beach or lagoon. For our event the resort did a fantastic job with F&B, including morning afternoon tea breaks, lunch menus and dinner at The Fan steakhouse. We held a welcome reception at Taya House which was a lovely and private setting. Our function room for the seminar looked great, was in a quiet spot, and a good size with a high ceiling. The beachfront location right on the edge of the city is ideal - people could walk to lots of places nearby in their free time without feeling 'trapped' in a remote spot. Big thanks to Oanh who did a great job with planning all the little details and ensured our event proceeded flawlessly. We were happy with Da Nang as a well-connected location in SE Asia, and very pleased with our choice of the Furama Resort to host our event. I can't think of anything negative to say, except that the rooms are maybe a little pricey compared to some others, but then again, you get what you pay for.

After reading many reviews and watching lots of videos, we chose the Furama Resort in Da Nang. We spent six nights here with our family—nine people in total—staying in four rooms. We chose a lagoon-view room, which was an excellent choice. We had considered an ocean-view room, but looking back, we’re glad we didn’t pay extra—unfortunately, the ocean side wasn’t the most beautiful in our opinion; the lagoon side had a much nicer, quieter, and more tropical atmosphere. Hats off to the entire staff—everyone we met was smiling, kind, and helpful. Breakfast could have been a little more varied; there was a minimal change every other day, but we obviously never left hungry. On our last night, we tried the steak-seafood buffet advertised by the hotel; we’re split 50-50 on this one—we ate well here too, but a lot of the food had been pre-cooked, so by 7:40 PM it was already tough; the steak consisted mostly of small pieces of ostrich and beef that were cooked fresh. The wine selection was perfectly adequate, with very good options across several price ranges. It was nice once, but we wouldn’t go back—it looked better in the videos. Our favorites were the Hai Van Lounge and its staff, as well as Giri, the wellness master. We’re happy to recommend the hotel; like everywhere else, there’s room for improvement, but overall it provided a superb 5-star resort experience. Absolutely perfect location—you can even walk right into downtown

I had the privilege of enjoying the spa and wellness activities at Furama Resort Da Nang, and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. The therapists are highly skilled and well trained—I enjoyed one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a luxurious and rejuvenating wellness experience.
The resort offers a variety of wellness activities such as yoga, meditation, and sound healing. I especially loved the 11:30 a.m. sound healing session—it was deeply relaxing and set a beautiful tone for the day. Starting the morning with a yoga session is, for me, the perfect way to regenerate energy and reconnect with myself. thanks Ms Iivy and Giri Raj for wonderful seasons.
